For 65 years, CCH has helped seniors live with dignity, independence, and a sense of belonging by providing quality affordable housing in caring communities.

As we celebrate this milestone, will you please make a special anniversary gift to support CCH’s work?

Since our founding in 1961, CCH has housed over 100,000 seniors. Our residents earn an average income of $18,000 per year and their average rental portion is less than $400 per month. We own and manage nearly 3,500 homes in 27 cities across six states, housing close to 4,000 people. Behind those numbers are people whose lives have been changed: a formerly homeless senior receiving the keys to a safe home; a widow finding friendship and renewed purpose; and a senior on a fixed income no longer forced to choose between rent and groceries.
